The main conference space has recently been refurbished. The natural light elements in the pillarless ballroom can host 350 of your delegates and includes an open pre-function area for innovative break options and exhibitions. Guests can enjoy purpose-built boardrooms for 10 people and gala dinners for 230 guests, or breathe in the fresh air during pre-dinner cocktails on our 8th-floor outdoor terrace garden.

  • BALLROOM (FARM COVE ROOM| BENNELONG POINT ROOM | PORT JACKSON ROOM)

    The Ballroom, located on level 1 of the hotel is the largest function space with a maximum capacity of 350 (in theatre style). Featuring a wealth of Natural Light, the room’s high ceilings and interior allow for an open space – perfect for any occasion! Enjoy access to the prefunction space that leads onto the sundrenched outdoor terrace, great for pre-dinner drinks, cocktails parties or even exhibition space. Also offering flexibility, the Ballroom can also be divided into three rooms including the Farm Cove, Bennelong Point and Port Jackson Rooms. 

  • WATSONS BAY

    Located on the Ground floor of Novotel Sydney Central, the Watsons Bay room features inbuilt screen and interconnects to both the Elizabeth Bay and Lavender Bay rooms on the same floor. Seating up to 50 (in theatre style), the Watsons Bay Room also allows access to the Ground Floor Prefunction space.

  • ELIZABETH BAY

    Ideal for smaller conferences or as a breakout room, the Elizabeth Bay Room located on the ground floor allows for flexibility, with an interconnecting room to Watsons Bay and seats up to 50 (in theatre style). Also allowing access to the Prefunction space on the ground level, the Elizabeth Bay Room is perfect for that one day meeting or breakout space.

  • LAVENDER BAY

    With interconnecting access to the Watsons Bay Room, Lavender Bay is ideal for executive boardroom meetings seating a maximum of 16 and 50 in theatre style and also allows access to the Pre function space on the ground floor.

  • KIRRIBILLI POINT ROOM

    Located on the Lower Ground conference floor of the hotel, the Kirribilli Point Room is ideal for conducting interviews and auditions. With adjustable lighting and opening up onto the pre function space, Kirribilli Point Room is fantastic for breakout sessions.

  • DAWES POINT ROOM | COTTAGE POINT ROOM

    The Dawes Point Room and Cottage Point Room, also located on the Lower Ground Floor of the hotel, allows for privacy in conducting interviews and auditions. The Cottage Point rooms, also interconnects with the Spring Cove Room, allowing for team meetings and group interview sessions.

  • SPRING COVE ROOM

    Seating up to 50 (in theatre style), Spring Cove is an ideal room for breakout sessions and also includes adjustable lighting and an in room paging system. Located on the Lower Ground Floor of the hotel, this room is perfect whether holding an information seminar, interview or audition.

  • SHELL COVE ROOM

    Another great location for breakout sessions and located in a low traffic area, Shell Cove seats up to 45 in theatre style and also includes adjustable lighting and an in room paging system.
